Upon completion of the procurement and tender process all BIM requirements will be set out within the following documents:-
- Employers Information Requirements
- CIC BIM Protocol
- Post-Contract BIM Executin Plan
- Information Management Services Agreement
These documents may have been refined through dialogue and clarifications during the tender stage. These documents will become part of the executed contract and in doing so will required to be referenced within the contract as a deliverable.
The public body should seek appropriate legal advice when incorporating BIM requirements. This section provides a summary of key aspects which include:-
